In this sunset stunner, the steep cliffs of Chimney Rock dive to meet the Pacific Ocean at Point Reyes National Seashore in California. Spectacular sunsets aren’t the only things to watch out for along this coastal trail: spring is the perfect time to spot wildflower displays and migrating whales. Located just north of the San Francisco Bay Area, Point Reyes makes an ideal day trip escape to a foggy wonderland of beaches, waterfalls and grasslands along 80 miles of protected coastline.
